Lake Degray Lower Lake This is a relatively small flood control dam on the bottom end of Lake DeGray which is fed by the famous Caddo River mentioned often in the works of Louis L'Amour. At the top end of the Lower Lake is a fairly large dam of the "Earthen Construction" style. The larger dam not only creates the recreational Lake DeGray but also features a modest hydro-electric plant as well.
