Buglas MacArthur The new unofficial official (huh?) Buglas MacArhtur. After unsuccessfully locating the traveller for the travelbug tag, I decided, as finder, to make the USA stuffed cow the companion to this tag. Buglas's current goal will remain the same, but should he make it to his destination, I'd say last person keep the cow and toss the tag into the fountain.
