For 2008 NCOG Horse Race: Bucephalus

25 Nov 08 View Image Picture 6. For this photograph I opened the cache and stood the Travel Bug on the lip of the front edge. Behind it is a large, unique Geocoin. It is the one (and only) "Groundspeak Signal HQ Geocoin" (TB1NYGT), which is never to leave this cache. 25 Nov 08 View Image Picture 5. Another attempt to get a decently-lit photograph without using the flash. 25 Nov 08 View Image Picture 4. I saw that the flash picture was dark, so I turned the flash off for the next two pictures. Unfortunately I was unable to hold the camera still enough to eliminate any blurring, but you can see the treasure chest (AKA cache) here. 25 Nov 08 View Image Picture 3 - edited to lighten the background. I moved to the right where there are a few fake rocks standing near a wall. I thought I might get a better view of the area, but the flash on my camera doesn't work too well. The Travel Bug, however, is in good focus. The editing I did was to lighten the darker areas. Hopefully you can see the faint white stuff near the top of the photograph. Those can be seen more clearly in the previous pictures.
25 Nov 08 View Image Picture 2. I moved closer for this picture so the Travel Bug might be more obvious. 25 Nov 08 View Image Picture 1. This picture was taken from just inside the front doors of the Groundspeak Headquarters. In the foreground is the Groundspeak Headquarters Cache, and the Travel Bug is staning on top of it just to the left of the center. You can also see the Groundspeak sign above that arrived not too long ago. :) 10 Nov 08 View Image Bucephalus: Alexander the Great's favorite. 4 Sep 08 View Image horseBucephalus
