Flytying Vise Base One of the projects made from my left over deck wood. Because of the weight of the Pau Lope is makes a sturdy and attractive base for my vise. Not as heavy as a metal plate but almost! Weight = 4.5 lbs.

Sam's Deck. Sam enjoys lying on the deck, getting sun, or rolling in the snow. He is thinking maybe he should grab the TB "Julius". I did not apply any finish to the deck so it has weathered to a gray color. It turns a dark reddish-black when it is wet.
