Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium Grady Gammage Memorial Auditorium, considered by many to be the crowning jewel of ASU’s Tempe campus, is one of Frank Lloyd Wright’s last designs. Wright designed the building to be as acoustically perfect as possible. This is a daytime view of the 'front' of the building, as viewed from the southwest. This building is impressive from any angle!

The ASU Music Building. Several of the buildings on campus have been designed to relate to the subject material studied within. The ASU music building has five floors, and is round...this is intended to relate to the 'circle of fifths', a major concept in western music first described in 1728, by Johann David Heinichen. The building was designed by Wesley Peters (Frank Lloyd-Wright's son-in-law), and is home to the hand-carved 1,800 pipe Fritts Organ.
