Oops! This S2000 also went off the track! Some dirt, mud, and scratched and cracked plastic body trim. Not too bad. The driver took it to an autocross event right after this and ran it some more.

The Porsche after the crash... ...needs a little fixin' up.

Oops! The Porsche ran off the track and slid! The Porsche driver couldn't get the car stopped, or even turn it, in the wet grass once he left the track. He crashed straight into the styrofoam wall and did a little damage.

Steve-O's shredded tires... Yep, that's steel belting showing through. Steve-O brought his wife's Subaru WRX wagon and ran it in the morning while the track was wet. He ran it hard and scrubbed all the remaining rubber off the edges. Time for new tires, honey!

The track layout... Turn 3 is a tricky, sometimes scary, decreasing radius corner. Turn 6 is a sharp back and forth kink at the end of a high speed straightaway. Turn 1 is banked. Turn 4 is off camber (banked the wrong way - to the outside).

Travel bugs on my wet, dirty S2000. It was sprinkling in the morning and the track was wet, but that didn't stop me from going out and going as fast as the limited traction would let me. The car got wet and dirty in the process.

My little silver S2000, ready to hit the track. Next to me: Nismo 370Z (very fast), Mini Cooper S with racing slicks and an oversized supercharger pulley for extra boost. At the last track event I was lapping him. This time it was pretty even.
