In front of the Hub Captain T. in front of the "Torchwood Column" in Cardiff Bay. I took this picture in already fading daylight back in October, when we were still searching for the Tiger Bay Toddle cache, it being one of the nearest caches to the Torchwood Hub and thus a fitting starting point. ;-)
