The Whiteleaf Cross The cross is cut out of the turf to expose the chalky bedrock underneath. Several other examples exist in the area. The other two photos were taken standing directly above the cross (about 5 metres up the hill from the highest point of the cross). This pic was taken from Princes Risborough.
