Stars & Stripes Visit to the Caboose The Ce-8 class caboose was built in 1978 by the International Car Company. It retired in the 1990's and stands here at the Las Vegas New Mexico's Visitor Information Center as a reminder of the days when Las Vegas was a major railroad center.
