Got close to a train.... I didn't get on the MRT in Singapore, but got close to the gates and snapped a picture of the Golden Spike. The trains found here are a long ways removed from the old Golden Spike though!

Plenty of trains here for the TB to see This is a miniture railway near home. It's had a cache near it that I tried to find once before and didn't. Found it this time and snapped a pic for the TBs collection.

I knew it was coming... I kept hearing the train and, since I had broken a heel, I asked my GeoGuy to get the camera - twice. Each time he said it was the 18-wheeler going by, or the RV up the road. Good thing he still got the camera, or these wouldn't have been possible!

Watch For Trains Perfect spot to drop this TB... Not far down the hwy, to the west, is our "Last Spike", the Canadian equivalent to "The Golden Spike". Second time trying to get it here, but snow has beaten me twice...

Spike w/ Trains... Revelstoke, BC is known for it's role in rail-road history ~ a good place to visit the Railway Musuem.
