Dick Turpin at South Brisbane I couldn't actually find any actual locations where deeds were done, so visited the site where many infamous people have been laid to rest. The South Brisbane cemetery. In the background is the memorial to 41 men and one woman who all met their end on the gallows at nearby Boggo Road Gaol and are buried here in a large plot. The headstone in the foreground is a memorial to probably the most infamous person, Patrick Kenniff, widely regarded to be one of the last Australian bushrangers along with
