Expo 74 sitting on a California golden bear A pair of California golden bears used to "guard" the extrance to the CA State Fair. Still popular for photographs, they now "guard" the entrance to the floral and wine garden area.

Visiting Placer County Fair Grounds We don't have any world's fair sites around here so the local county fair grounds will have to do. The fair ended last Saturday.
