Lancashire Coin overlooking the Hudson River Here is the coin about 1300' above the Hudson River and about 5 miles north of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Today, a friendly gesture by an American to aid in the travels of a UK coin. 230 years ago, the view from here would have been much more hostile between US and UK.Hopefully, this can be considered progress!
