Waco, Texas Though not exactly where I found the travel bug, this is the Waco Suspension bridge with downtown Waco in the background. This bridge was built in 1869 to allow stagecoaches and cattle to cross the Brazos river. Now, it is maintained as a historic bridge and is one of the most, if not the most, iconic structures in Waco.
