Lake Thurmond, South Carolina This is another area we visited the same day we found MadAndy. It is about 8 miles away at a cache named "Scotts Ferry Cache (GCB8F3). The lake levels are very low due to no rain for months.

Confederate Powderworks Augusta, Georgia~MadAndy was about 30 minutes from this historical site. It was a gunpowder mill durning the Revolutionary War and over the years various mill businesses where here. It is planned to be made into condominiums in the future.
