This is our last flight together. I hope you have enjoyed all the places we have journeyed together since I found you in Alexandria, Virginia. We have seen lots of places together in America. This is a statue of legendary Cowboys coach, Tom Landry. He was well recognized by his fedora hat.

Thomas Wade Landry (September 11, 1924 – February 12, 2000) was an American professional football player and coach. Regarded as one of the greatest head coaches of all time, he was the first head coach of the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League (NFL), a position he held for 29 seasons.

Football season is just around the corner and right here in Arlington, Texas; the Dallas Cowboys have a game tomorrow against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Your eyes are not deceiving you, this place really is upside down! It’s called the WonderWorks Orlando building. Legend says that the building used to be a top secret research laboratory located somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle. After a failed experiment happened it caused a powerful hurricane to develop that hit the lab and ripped it from the foundation. Flew from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for some Delta Chi Fraternity meetings this week. It has been so hot and we have been so busy that this is my first cache in Florida. Stopping near the gravesite of Leslie Nielsen. He was an actor most famous for the movie Airplane!! Hope you enjoy this stop before going back to Texas! ??????

If you ever see Buc-ee’s when you are driving, you must stop and experience greatness. By far the best gas station ever!! It is impossible to explain, you just have to see it for yourself. Respect the Beaver!! ??

Still in our drive from Virginia to Texas, stopped just off the freeway in Louisiana at the Ambush site and museum of Outlaw gangsters Bonnie & Clyde. Bonnie and Clyde robbed banks and killed officers. This led to an aggressive man gust for these two that ended nearby when they were ambushed and shot to death. The museum highlighted their story. -JMW ?X
