Outside the Oakland Coliseum The stadium has changed name again, from Network Associates Coliseum to McAfee Coliseum. It's always the Oakland Coliseum to me!

Reggie Jackson Figurine May 22 was Reggie Jackson Day, and the A's retired his #9. Reggie was at the game along with some of his teammates from the '72-'74 dynasty team that won the World Series three years in a row. As if this wasn't enough, A's gave away the Reggie Jackson Figurine to the first 15,000 fans.

Dennis Eckersley Figurine A's are known for promotional giveaways, and the Eckersley figurine was given away on August 14. Eck (the now Hall-of-Famer) himself was at the game, along with some of his teammates from the '89 World Champions including future Hall-of-Famer Rickey Henderson.
The A's Stadium Bag is behind the TB, to the right.

Going to an A's Game TB Contents Besides the 2004 schedule and the coupon, only the Spiderman cards, Cincinnati Reds mini mug, ScoutMaster card, and the log book + pencil were in the cache.

TB with an Oakland A's Helmet The miniature helmet is actually a plastic cup you get from an ice cream vendor at the Coliseum. I'll see if I can get another one for the TB/cache next season.

Cache Contents Here's what was in the Travel Bug Cache when it was in Farmington, Utah. We took the baseball whistle and added the rubber baseball and our Geo Idiots Wooden Token. Thanks for the fun!

I Don't Think He'll Fit!! Thank goodness the Geo Idiots were home to pass this TB to since it wouldn't fit in the cache. Sounds like its in good hands!
