The Devil's Step in Frauenkirche in Munich The legend: the builder had wagered with the devil for his soul that anyone couldn't see a window in the church. The devil snuck into the church and looked at it when finished. The devil stood exactly on the spot with the black footprint, laughed loudly and thought that a building without a window would not be of much use. He could not see a window from this point. He took a step, suddenly he saw the windows and got angry and turned into a wind. The wind can still be noticed outside constantly.
