When you go inland away from the water, you go "upcountry ". This is the agricultural area. They raise coffee, some pineapple and some sugarcane, but not as much as they use to. They also have some great restaurants. Here they are making pizzas in brick ovens. "No Ka Oi" means "is the best" and their best pizza is, you guessed it, Hawaiian! They love to eat the sea grasses!
