Hunebed This is a neolithic dolmen made by the Trechterbekervolk (Funnelbeaker culture).
It is called Hunebed because the people thought giant Huns slept on these dolmen.

Kinderkopjes This flintroad was the first kind of pavement in this area. The flints were transported het by the ice caps during the ice age.
The flints are called kinderkopjes with means children heads.

De Lange Möpper This flint was standing at the border of the rural area of Meppen (Möpp'n). These area's were called boermarke and was a former municipality controlled by farmers.
