The Long Boat this little boat carried 7 people up to Shark Bay - back in 1616 it carried 48!

Duyfken replica sailing to Shark Bay for the 400 year anniversary of the Dutch landing in Australia. Along with Duyfken a long boat which lives in Geraldton is also heading up. Brave people in that little boat.

Travel photos while turtle visited our home town of Geraldton Western Australia he had the opportunity to see the Dufyken come into town. Shark Bay which is a couple of hundred kilometres north, was first visited by the Dutch in 1616 -
