This way to Wandlebury Hill Fort We walked 'A Roamin' through Wandlebury Hill Fort - a popular place for weekend walks on the Gog Magog downs.
Not much to look at now apart from the circular ditches, but apparently around 50BC there was considerable evidence of Roman occupation within the eastern entranceway of the hill-fort and beneath the site of the current Gogmagog House, but there is no evidence of any buildings on site.

Worsted Street - The local Roman Road This sign showing the way to the local Roman Road which runs from somewhere in Essex towards Cambridge.
We walked along this road to place 'A Roamin' in The Byway.

Bully's sweep in Dunc's Ghetto It is tight squeeze but sweep just managed to fit in. Hopefully someone with move him on soon.
