Crossed weapons with crown This means that on his shooting test, my husband got a perfect score with revolver and rifles.

Cuff 2 with RCMP dress uniform My husband was RCMP for 25 years, so we were used to seeing handcuffs around. Each star means 5 years, 2 stripes means Corporal, crossed weapon means excellent score on shooting test, the crown above them means perfect score.
