Tex Mex at Pancho's in Shreveport Elle really loved the little Mexican flag. Afraid she got a little Boorish, as Brits are wont to do, after a few frozen margaritas.. Tomorrow, she'll be going into a Cache here in Shreveport somewhere.. Cheerio!
