23 Oct 07 Up the road from the Bugs Hotel When we stopped by to trade bugs, we had just left the little town to the north called Ketchum and Sun Valley, Idaho. It is a ski-area and a summer recreation area and the favorite place for many famous people. The fire was within a few miles of town and this beautiful area was in so much danger. Thousands of acres burned. At mid-afternoon the smoke blocked out the sun.
