Levi Strauss test Market Biker Don thought it was very cool that Levi's were test marketed in the Nevada City and Grass Valley area in the 1850's. Miners needed a good pant that would hold up to the daily wear and tear associated with mining. At the height of the Gold Rush the population swelled to over 100 thousand.

Optical Illusion Max loved this prank for the optical illusion. This shot looked as if they were far from the ground but it was only a foot or so. Max loves not looking like he is afraid of heights.

Max inspires a cache buddy Max and Biker Don were sharing their adventures with this group from GCTDMZ (visit for another photo). He instantly had an admirer who had to be next to him at all times. There were a few tears when we parted.
