MPG Matters Second in my "What matters?" series. This little MPG calculator dates back to the '70s or earlier. My father used to keep it in his car. You would line up the number of miles you drive on a tank of gas with how many gallons you used, The pointer on the front would then tell you how many MPG you got. Brilliant, right? Anyway, note that it only went up to 30 MPG - pretty good for those days. I'm dedicating this travel bug to Dad's memory, and releasing it near the mountain home he lived so much. P
