The large reddish one is a Red-Tail Barb (and, yes, it's 8" long)
The "small" one is a 6" Comet.

Having our picture taken next to "The Thing" This guy's fish tank has a ridiculous piece of pottery in it that is supposed to be an "abstract pinch pot". He assures us he got an "A" on this assignment in his college art class...

Hoppy and Zoom Zoom Hoppy decided a hamster cage wasn't the most frog-friendly environment he could find, although they seem to have had fun together.
