NOTHING left of River Park River Park in Sheboygan Falls, WI is underwater due to the heavy rains we've experience recently. There's NOTHING left of it except, well, water. The small white footbridge typically has a small stream running beneath it. Now the bridge is underwater. At its worst, the park had probably another 10-12 inches of water in it.
