This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Aussie Italian Caper is a Travel Bug Origins Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

I am one of six matching trackables - being released in England, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and San Marino, respectively, in the course of a merry jaunt in Europe by AussiePam.

AussiePam's little caper will include hunting a few very interesting caches with literary, historical, geological etc themes, messing with the minds of unsuspecting locals, graffiti-browsing in possibly insalubrious but fascinating alleyways, supping the produce du terroir in quirky cafes and generally being a stylish goddess.

Each of us trackables has a mission: that is to travel widely in the country in which we are first released into the wild - and then to make our way, via highways and byways, eventually back to Sydney, Australia.  We are not in a race to see who can get home first. We will enjoy the journey, wherever it takes us.

Please help us onward in our adventure - and maybe post some photos of our progress.
