This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Mudd Sharkie is a Cachekinz – Ocean Series Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

Hello, my name is Mudd.   My owner told me a story.   When he was young his mother would say:  "If you don't do this or that your name will be 'Mud.'"  Well he spent a good part of his younger years with "Mud" as his moniker.  Now we come to more recent events.  He is called Pappy now and has five wonderful grandchildren.  One earned the name "Mud" when this real sweetie failed to send a text message after the (shudder) "mud threat!"  Then Pappy had an oops!   Mud sent him a text message and Pappy who only really uses his phone for geocaching, failed to notice.  After at least a week, he stumbled on the message.  He sent the cutie a response admitting that his name was Mud too.

I was given the name Mudd Sharkie spelled with two "d's"  One is for Pappy and one is for Lil "K"  I carry their mud burden so they can have their normal names.  I am being sent on my way to meet new friends and to be a good all around guy.  I cannot do much, but I have a great smile and will (if someone does something to earn the name "Mud") take the burden of their new name as part of my mission.
