Signal's Cousin Race to HQ - Call me Beacon is a Cosmic Quest Travel Bug Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.
If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!
If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

Current Goal
I am part of a race! Please keep me going! My main goals are:
- To get to HQ in Seattle!
- To get back to Maryland after visiting HQ!
Some additional goals are:
- To be dropped in caches in as many states as possible
- To be moved by as many other geocachers as possible
- To get some photos with Signal at events or at HQ
- To accumulate other frogs on me as I travel
About This Item
This race was inspired by ZorroBarnes and launched at FTIC December 2025 in Columbia, Maryland. The main goal is to get to Geocaching HQ in Seattle, Washington, then back to an FTIC event in Columbia, Maryland again!
ZorroBarnes has been placing frogs in geocaches all over. From his profile:
"Rubber ducks seem to be everywhere, especially on the dashboards of Jeeps. Recently at a geocaching event, I acquired a rubber duck from the host. That got me to wondering if there are rubber frogs? I did some investigation and encountered some of Signal the Frog’s cousins and they have rubber (probably vinyl or plastic) likenesses. I have obtained several dozen of these figures and have started to put them in caches as SWAG. Maybe some of them will travel to Geocaching HQ to visit their cousin."
