This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Doug the Travel Slug (Copy tag) is a The Travel Slug Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

Thanks for finding me.  I’m a slug, so I don’t move around very much by myself.  If you could move me to another cache soon, I’d appreciate it, but I’m not in a hurry, what with me being a slug.  And I usually don’t travel far, so if you cannot move me to a cache far away, that’s OK too – I’m used to hanging around the same place for a while, since I’m a slug.  I started out in Colorado Springs, and if you can move me anywhere, that would be great; please log where I go on geocaching.com.  Thanks !!!
