This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Awaroa endeavour is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

My Current Goal:

We are a New Zealand family. The original mission for this TB was to travel to Ireland beginning in 2003. By 2008 it had got all the way to Germany before it was taken to USA where it went missing in action. So after many months we resurrected it using our Kiwi no how. Also Dad is a Volunteer Fireman so if you can email him a photo of a fire engine from your district. The present mission is to race another TB back to the owners Cache Pilgrims Progress, Brightwater Nelson GCP73M at S 41° 22.252 E 173° 06.227
