Rudy Rednose looking for Christmas is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

Rudy has taken some time off from work in order to explore the wonderful world of christmas. All over the world there are villages, towns or other places who are linked to the most beautiful days of the year.

The link can exist in form of the name such as "Christmas" in Michigan for example, "Christkindl" in Austria, "Wienacht" in Switzerland, "Noël" in Nova Scotia, Canada, the famous "Christmas Islands" and most important, of course, the North Pole.

The christmassy connection might also come from an event or institution or historic link. Imagine the church in which the composer of "Silent Night" worked or the biggest Christmas Shop in the world in Frankenmuth, Michigan or the famous christmas market of Nuremberg (or any other picturesque location).

Rudy wants to live Christmas and he has to rely on your supporto get to all these places. And of course he wants to send pictures of his travels back home.
