This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

The Wanderer is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

Trackable Item If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

***UPDATE*** Since sending this, we've moved to a new state. With older children now who would love to see this connection to the past, we'd love to call this travelbug home. So I guess the new request is this: please send it our way, to the Seattle, WA area (especially the west side of the Puget Sound, but anywhere in the area is fine). We look forward to reconnecting with it soon!

The Wanderer's purpose is to live the life I cannot. It will travel to places unexpected, leaving little mark of itself as it departs. In particular, the Wanderer has always wanted to leave the United States.
