This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Drunken Sailor is a Mary Hyde's Treasure Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

This drunken sailor originally weighed anchor in October of 2017, dropped off in Versailles State Park to celebrate my 500th find. It was immediately shanghaied and spirited away to shores unknown. A new sailor cast off from GeoWoodstock 2018 on a more favorable tide.

The drunken sailor would like to travel around the world by visiting caches near water, especially pirate-themed ones!

Whatever you do, don't toss this bug in the brig and forget about it; even drunken sailors need to keep moving.
