This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Troy Geocoin (Antique Gold) - LE is a Troy Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

The Troy Geocoin was designed by WoeJan and is based on the shield of Achillas. On the frontside of the curved coin the shield of Achillas is shown with all zodiacs as described in the works of Homerus. In the middle, you find Achilles on his battle wagon. On the backside of the coin, the greek names of the godes Aphrodite, Hera en Athena are written who triggered the war. In the middle Achillas is shown on this battle wagen with the Trojan horse in front, by who he ended the war. In the modern Greek language, you still find a saying which was initiated during the Trojan war: 'fear the Greek even if they bring presents'. You find this hidden on the backside of the coin.

Below the first draft of the troy geocoin is shown. To the end some changes were made to the design, so the final design looks in some way different from this
