Cobras Travel Slug is a The Travel Slug Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

My Current Goal:

This slug is part of a competition between the patrols from Boy Scout Troop 504 in Virginia Beach, VA. The mission is to see who can have their travel Slug travel the greatest total distance, to travel the farthest North and the farthest South. They will get points for the number of different Cachers that move the slugs. They will get bonuses for Scout caches or Scouting sites visited with another bonus if they are able to retrieve the slug at the end of the competition. The Scouts start date is March 7, 2011 and the end of the competition is September 24, 2011. The cache closest to our meeting place is GC1ZCWY.
