This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!
Scout Adventure Camp is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.
If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!
If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.
My Current Goal:
My Mission: To visit as many Boy Scout camps as possible!
There are 4 national Boy Scout camps and I need your help to get to as many of them as possible as I work on my Geocaching Merit Badge. As you find me, take me with you and then move me closer and closer to these camps. The camps are located all around the United States, so if you take me to where you are travelling next, I'm sure I'll get closer to one of them. The national camps are:
- Florida Sea Base (in the Florida Keys),
- Northern Tier (Minnesota)
- Philmont Scout Ranch (New Mexico)
- The Summit (West Virginia)
For more information on the camps or to find their specific locations you can visit:

If you have a local Scout camp near your house (even if it is outside the United States) that I didn't mention, tell me about it when you register this tracker. So far, I've been to Chief Logan Reservation, Camp Frielander, and Woodland Trails Scout Reservation near my home base in Ohio.
Thank you!
