13coach13's Portland Headlight Geocoin is a Maine 10th Anniversary Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

MAINE! My very favourite place to vacation! I vacationed there with my family and my aunt and uncle with I was younger. GreenThumb9 and I honeymooned there, and we have gone back several times with our own children (Jarhead5 and rather.b.facebooking).

We have always stayed in Ocean Park, Maine. I call it my "Mayberry" because it seems like time almost stands still - it is so peaceful and unhurried - the perfect place to vacation! Even though we stayed in Ocean Park, we always traveled to Cape Elizabeth, Maine on one of our day trips to visit "America's most photographed lighthouse"  . . . "The Portland Headlight." Definitely another one of our favourite places to visit!

When I saw this beautiful geocoin on ebay I knew I had to buy it! So many great memories have come from our vacations in Maine and this is just another little way to keep those memories alive!

This coin will travel with me from geocache to geocache and event to event meeting other geocachers and giving them something to smile about.
