This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Aye Aye is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

Trackable ItemIf you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

Aye Aye's first goal is completed, and is described below in closed brackets. [Aye Aye will be dropped off somewhere in Arizona probably during October, 2004. Its mission is to make its way back to New Jersey to the cache called "Number 17."] The journey began on October 23, 2002 in a cache at the base of Picket Post Mountain (between Phoenix and Tucson). Aye Aye traveled 3,261 miles to reach his goal in Bergen County, New Jersey, where I picked him up from "Number 17" (GCEAE7) on Monday, November 13, 2006. After a short rest he will probably begin his travels back to "Number 17" from a cache in Colorado.
