Am Ende meiner Reise möchte ich gerne wieder nach Hause nach München.

Please bring me to the Hometowns of the best European Soccerteams. 
Those are the cities the Championsleague-Winners of the last years come from.
The order in that I reach the towns doesn't matter. At the end of my journey i would like to come home to Munich.
