This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Ice Rose Geocoin is a Ice Rose Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

To travel in honor of my Mother who is no longer able to travel due to Alzheimer's disease. She was an amazing woman who had many talents and loves. She was a master quilter and loved to travel. May this coin travel in her honor far and wide and in safety. Thank you for the care of this coin.

On 8/21/2010 my Mom gracefully and peacefully passed away in her sleep. She is now free to travel and be with my father in heaven. I am grateful for all that they have given me and the love they shared and the joy I have in being a part of this family. Thank you Mom and Dad for everything. Thank you for keeping this coin moving in her honor.

Update 10/3/2011
This link will take you to a book that shows pictures of the quilts my Mom had made. I hope you enjoy looking at the quilts. You may preview this book for free. There is no intention for you to purchase the book, just to enjoy the quilts. The quilts begin on page 14.
