This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!
Schrödinger's Geocoin is a Schrodinger's Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.
If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!
If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.
My Current Goal:
Schrödinger's Geocoin has completed its main objectives (thanks, GIAM and finessaboy!) and has returned home to me (thanks, termite2712!). My coin was in the wild for 14 months and traveled over 38,000 miles before coming home. It is now my first officially retired Geocoin and will travel with me to caches and events.
GIAM and finessaboy brought Schrödinger's Geocoin to Austria's Vienna University and took its photo with the statue there of alumni Erwin Schrödinger, the coin's namesake.

They then traveled to Alpbach, Austria to pay respects to Schrödinger's grave.

The coin was then handed off to their geofriend termite2712, who took it on his USA holiday and brought it to Philadelpha, PA, where I grabbed it and brought it home to Ocean County, NJ.
