This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Papa Rik's Groundspeak Lackey 2009 Geocoin is a Groundspeak Lackey 2009 Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

NEW MISSION (May 2018) ;  Wow!  My little coin has had quite an adventure.  After 133 stops in 12 states (WA, DC, MD, DE, PA, CN, RI, MA, ME, NH, VT an NY) (never getting to the Boston area as desired in the original mission (below), it traveled through Canada and then to Europe, visiting 10 countries (Malta and other Western Mediterranean islands) Spain, France, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia) before returning to the US where it has been to GA, KY and IN so far.  I would litke to see if it could come back to the Pacific Northwest (WA or OR) by the time of its tenth birthday (May, 2019), so would appreciate it if you could nudge it in that direction!  

ORIGINAL MISSION (5/3/2009):  To travel from my home in Seattle to the vicinity of Franklin Massachusetts, where I can go search for it with my two grand-daughters who live there.  I;m there every Christmas, so please try to get the coin somewhere near Franklin by then.  Thanks for your help!
