This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

On the Move Geocoin is a USA Geocoin Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

Trackable ItemIf you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

The original geocoin is missing. It traveled 753.6 miles before being lost. It began its travels on Rhode Island on September 7, 2003 traveling though New Hampshire on its way to a cache in New York State. It was then misdirected into caches in Vermont, Connecticut and then back into New York, when again cachers lost track of its goal and it found its way into Wisconsin. Here it fell foul of a cacher who picked it up but failed to log it properly, until it was finally (paperwork only) placed in one of the owner's caches in New York. Now this fascimile will be set free in New Hampshire over the Easter weekend. Its new goal will be to travel back to "Number 17's Son" (GC30NE0), a cache in Bergen County, New Jersey, or any other available cache in Northern New Jersey or Rockland County, New York. Please help it to travel in the right direction.
