This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

GREET-N-EAT is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

Trackable ItemIf you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

One of the best things about being a geocacher is the Meet & Greets, or as I like to call them... GREET & EAT. You know that whenever a group of geocachers get together there is going to be food involved.  It is usually in the form of a potluck and I don't know anyone who doesn't enjoy a good potluck.  Here in West Michigan, the local geocachers get together once a month to break bread and swap stories, solve puzzles, or devise evil plans for wicked caches. But every time we get together there is an abundance of great food.  One of my favorite potluck foods is Taco Salad.... mmmmmmm

The goal of this Trackable Salad Forks is to visit as many events as possible where there is food (punch and cookies count!).  When you retrieve, grab, or discover this trackable at an event, write in your log what your favorite food was at the event. Take some photos and attach those as well.

OH, AND write your cacher name on the the forks along with the date of the event! Write small so we can get as many cachers on them as possible.  Thanks for moving these along from event to event and I'll see you on the trail or at a GREET-N-EAT!
