This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

G.I. John is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

This army guy has an interesting history. 3Harleydude had picked him up at GEowoodstock in 5/18. In 10/18 we were at Going Caching in GA when someone loggged grabbing it from him . We messaged that we stilll had it so they must have put wrong TB number in. They sent pic back showing TB number and a little doll. 2 TBs with same number. After much communication with the grabbers and TB owner, owner decided to sent original out and destroy the plastic TB attached to army man. The TB attached to him now was attached to a jeep and put in a race in 3/10. 4 1/2 years later it went AWOL. So now it is being ressurected with the army dude and maybe the original for this TB number will show up!
