This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

1sgt Gus USAR is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

1sgt Gus needs to travel to Army bases all over the USA to inspect our troops and improve morale for all soldiers. 1sgt Gus would like to travel first to his old training base of Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri where he started out as a young recruit long ago. From there he will go wherever his orders take him. And hopefully someday come back home to Santa Rosa CA. PS: 1sgt Gus's family would like pictures, if possible, of his travels. 1Sgt Gus would like to make a side trip up to Gangelt Germany to visit his Kid in the USAF over ther there at the Geilenkirchen NATO base. She will be looking for "Top" at any Cache in the Gangelt area if anybody is heading that way he sure would like a lift.
